Target Area Map and Search
OHFA's Homebuyer Target Area loan product helps revitalize federally-designated target areas by making our affordable first-time homebuyer loan products and competitive interest rates available to any qualifying buyer purchasing a home in these areas. The Target Area Map and Search tool allows lenders to enter an address to determine if a property is located in a target area.
Multifamily Housing Programs
Map of Multifamily Rental Properties
The Map of Multifamily Rental Properties provides information on all OHFA-funded multifamily rental properties and can be filtered by funding year, geography (i.e., county, municipality, school district, or legislative district), project type, award category, project status, or number of units. Users also have the ability to download the data in the map.
Projects Exiting LIHTC Program Affordability Period
The Projects Exiting LIHTC Program Affordability Period dashboard was created as an informational tool to help identify where federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects will be exiting affordability, or coming to the end of their 30-year compliance period. Users can use a time slider and filters to see how different parts of the state will be impacted and when. The underlying data can also be downloaded directly from the dashboard.
