In compliance with Section 175.04 of the Ohio Revised Code, OHFA develops and adopts an Annual Plan to address the state's housing needs. The plan highlights the strategic and programmatic initiatives that the Agency will focus on over the upcoming fiscal year. As part of this process, the Agency also develops the Ohio Housing Needs Assessment, which informs the strategic priorities in the Annual Plan. Finally, at the end of each fiscal year, OHFA prepares an Annual Report describing how the Agency has worked toward its strategic and programmatic initiatives and made progress toward addressing Ohio's housing challenges. This report is submitted to the Governor's Office and the Ohio General Assembly each September.
