OHFA Kicks 2024 Off with New Staff and a Promotion
COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) announced additions and changes to its staff. OHFA is proud to share that Ashley Coleman and Sidney McCrary have joined the OHFA team and Taylor Koch has been promoted.
Ashley Coleman joins OHFA's Office of Housing Programs as an administrative professional 1 in the Office of Housing Preservation, Business Division. Ashley has more than 10 years of banking/loan administration experience. She recently worked for U.S. Bank, where she was a mortgage loan assistant who reviewed and evaluated financial information to identify potential risks for loan administration. A resident of Pickerington, Ohio, Ashley is currently attending Columbus State Community College where she is working toward an associate degree in business marketing. She has also attended The Ohio State University.
Sidney McCrary is OHFA's new housing grant analyst 2 in the Office of Multifamily Housing. He has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Ohio Dominican University. Previously, Sidney worked at Bowen Research where he conducted market analysis on a variety of housing and commercial developments throughout the United States.
Taylor Koch was promoted to director of Multifamily Development at OHFA where he oversees the state's 4% and 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs in addition to administering gap financing programs, such as the federal HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), federal Housing Trust Fund (HTF), HOME – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP), and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Taylor has spent his entire career in affordable housing, including time at two nonprofit affordable housing development firms and one other state housing finance agency. Taylor holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science as well as a master's degree in business administration and public administration from The Ohio State University.
