Hotel bookings within our official room block help us:
- Secure better future conference dates
- Strengthen our negotiating power with the Convention Center
- Keep registration fees as low as possible
If rooms are booked outside of our official links (including booking directly through hotel websites, third-party sites, or other brands like Marriott), those reservations do not count toward our contract – even if you are staying at a similar hotel.
This can impact our ability to negotiate favorable rates and dates in the future.
