OHFA Announces Staff Promotions and New Hires
COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) announced new hires and an internal staff promotion. OHFA is proud to share that Caitlin Milsted, Michael Hamm and Sufyaan Syed have joined the staff, and Sarina Rodgers-Gossett and Adam A. Rice have been promoted.
Caitlin Milsted joins OHFA as the 811 auditor/external auditor within the Office of Multifamily Housing, Program Compliance. She comes to OHFA from Abercrombie & Fitch where she was a trademark paralegal. She also worked in affordable housing compliance at several Central Ohio-based companies. Caitlin received her bachelor's degree in fine arts from The Ohio State University and her paralegal certificate from Capital University Law School.
Michael Hamm joins OHFA as a software development specialist 1 in the Office of Information Technology. Recently he worked as a senior analyst for IT Operations for Nationwide Insurance where his responsibilities included implementing new technological improvements. Michael also trained contractors and associates in processes and technology. He received his associate degree in computer networking from ITT Technical Institute.
Sufyaan Syed joins OHFA's Finance Office as bond accountant 2. With a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Cincinnati, he started his career as an accountant intern at C & A Financial where he updated client profiles on QuickBooks. At the Ohio Department of Transportation, he was a financial apprentice who ensured the accuracy of transactions for the department.
Sarina Rodgers-Gossett accepted a promotion to housing development analyst. She started her career with OHFA as an administrative professional in Residential Lending where she was responsible for loan processing, correspondence between lenders and OHFA and case management.
OHFA also promoted Adam A. Rice to asset management section chief. While in his prior role as an asset manager, he was an excellent contributor to and advocate for improving asset management practices. He now leads OHFA's Asset Management team.
