Target Area Description
Clark-Fulton is a neighborhood on the west side of Cleveland. The community is home to 11,000 residents and is the most densely populated community in the city. Today, the neighborhood has one of the city's most diverse ethnic populations, including the highest concentration of Hispanics in the city. Clark-Fulton is home to the MetroHealth Medical Center which recently announced a $1 billion campus transformation initiative that will include the development of workforce and market rate housing. The neighborhood is also part of the Mayor's Neighborhood Transformation Initiative which aims to provide healthy, equitable and sustainable opportunities to build wealth and stabilize neighborhoods.
