Single-Family Housing Tax Credit Program
Created in the FY 2024-2025 State Budget bill, the new Single-Family Housing Tax Credit program provides $50 million a year in ten-year tax credits, for four years, to incentivize the construction of new single-family homes for Ohio's growing workforce.

Housing Preservation
Housing Preservation assists lenders with website presence, reporting, and program questions. We also provide information on second mortgage payoffs, subordinations and lien releases. In addition to answering phone and email inquiries, we maintain lists of resources for homeowners to avoid foreclosure and work the Neighborhood Initiative Program of the Hardest Hit Fund.
