Housing Preservation assists lenders with website presence, reporting and program questions. We also provide information on second mortgage payoffs, subordinations and lien releases. In addition to answering phone and email inquiries, we maintain lists of resources for homeowners to avoid foreclosure and work the Neighborhood Initiative Program of the Hardest Hit Fund.
We are pleased to partner with a network of lenders to provide homebuyer products throughout the state of Ohio. Our goal is to make sure our lending partners understand the OHFA loan process. We offer a variety of resources, including in-office trainings for lending staff.
