This two-day webinar dives into details for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. This new training is designed to teach participants all federal regulations and OHFA's particular policies for LIHTC compliance. This is a two-day webinar series. Participants can register for one or both days. Day one will be more LIHTC basics while day two will cover more advanced LIHTC topics. Register for both days to complete the entire training. Registration

There are no trainings currently scheduled. Please check back for additional dates. Training sessions will be held from 12:30-4:30pm.


Continuing Education Credits

The training session will fulfill OHFA's Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) training requirement in order to obtain IRS Form 8609 and provide 4 hours per training (total of 8 hours for both webinars) of continuing education credit for the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) and the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certifications.

Attendance

To receive credit for any training, at least 90% of the class must be attended. For webinar trainings, attendees must view the webinar under their own registration to receive credit and get a certificate.

Substitutions & Attendee Cancellations

Substitutions are not possible; therefore, a new registration will be required for the new attendee.

For any paid trainings, no refunds will be granted for cancellations and "no-shows" will be billed for the entire registration amount.

OHFA Cancellation

OHFA reserves the right to cancel trainings if there are less than 30 registrants. Notification of the cancellation will be sent at least 3 days before the training except in the event of a weather cancellation.
