By June 30, 2021, 27,300 homeowners had received assistance totaling $705,999,482. This included over $181 million in Rescue Payment Assistance (RPA) to 22,909 homeowners and over $186 million in Mortgage Payment Assistance (MPA) to 16,761 homeowners, some of whom also received RPA. Through the end of the second quarter, 1,210 homeowners received Lien Elimination assistance, 1,569 homeowners were assisted using Modification with Contribution assistance, 75 homeowners benefited from Transition Assistance, 1,929 homeowners were assisted under the Homeowner Retention Assistance program, and 123 homeowners received help from the Homeowner Stabilization Assistance program. The Neighborhood Initiative Program funded 17,588 structures that have been demolished/removed. All payments were made through OHFA's fiscal agent, Ohio Homeowner Assistance, LLC to mortgage servicers on behalf of eligible homeowners.
