OHFA UPDATE - PAGE 8 - FALL FALL 2020 EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER DEBBIE MACIOCE Executive Assistant Debbie Macioce is a helpful, patient and hard-working member of the OHFA team. Described as the rock of the legal office, Debbie has helped to train new employees, aid partners and staff in the loan closing process and fulfill OHFA’s mission with patience and heart. She is an invaluable resource to her team. Debbie has been working with the legal team to standardize and streamline loan processes in order to facilitate loans more efficiently. She has embraced these changes and has been working hard to implement these new measures. Her patience and constant assistance have helped to make a sometimes confusing, frustrating and complicated process manageable and accessible. In the shift to working from home, Debbie’s knowledge of various loan programs and how they work has helped the team to remain consistent and functional. Her ability to recall details of and keep multiple loan closings straight and organized is an irreplaceable skill. She is truly passionate about OHFA’s mission and an outstanding member of the OHFA team.
