You have reached the Ohio Housing Finance Agency’s (OHFA’s) Multifamily Development File Transfer Site (FTS). This Web site allows for the secure upload of Low-Income Housing [Tax] Credit (LIHTC) and other OHFA multifamily applications. This site replaces OHFA’s prior FTP site, transfer.ohiohome.org. If you have not registered for the file transfer site or have any issues securing access, please e-mail MultifamilyFTP@ohiohome.org.
