Please join the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA)
to learn about the newly required Lease Purchase Sales Form,
an online document that all lease-purchase owners must complete
before a sale is executed. In March 2018, OHFA revised its Restrictive
Covenant Modification Policy, requiring all
lease-purchase sales to be uploaded to the new Lease Purchase
Sales Form prior to a partial release of the restrictive covenant
and sale of the unit to an eligible tenant. During this webinar,
OHFA’s Project Restructure Manager, Todd Carmichael, will provide
an overview of the new form and an example submission to help
guide owners through the process. He will answer any questions
