Part of the normal reporting process for Housing Tax Credit projects includes completing the Annual Operating Survey. The Annual Operating Survey tracks operating expenses such as administrative expenses, owner-paid utilities and maintenance expenses, along with vacancy rates for the previous year. The latest survey is to be completed and submitted to the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) by Monday, March 1, 2021.
