on Tuesday, OHFA will offer another session on Tuesday, February
5 at 2:00 pm. This webinar includes some
discussion on tenant events, dealing with errors, finalizing the
year and completing the Annual Owner Certification form.
This year we will also conduct a special XML
Process Webinar on Wednesday,
January 23 at 2:00 pm. This webinar will
cover the new XML upload process in DevCo. We will walk
through the steps for the XML upload, including adding Utility
Allowances, what building styles are and how to deal with errors.
Questions during all sessions should be submitted in writing via
GoToWebinar.
Owners are required to submit the 2018 Annual
Owner Certifications and Tenant Data via OHFA's online reporting
system, DevCo
Online. OHFA recommends you start the
reporting process as early as possible; the information is due
