Don't miss the Annual Owner
Reporting webinar on Tuesday, January 9 at 2:00 PM! If
you cannot make the webinar on Tuesday, OHFA is offering another
session on February 6 at 2:00 PM. This
webinar includes some discussion on tenant events, dealing with errors,
XML upload, finalization of the year and completion of the Annual Owner
Certification form. Questions during the session should be submitted by
text in go to webinar.
Owners are required to submit
the 2017 Annual Owner Certifications and Tenant Data via OHFA's online
reporting system, DevCo
Online. OHFA recommends you start the reporting process
as early as possible after Tuesday, January 2. This information is due
on March 1, 2018. See the 2017 Annual Reporting Requirements Chart for
more details.
