due on March 1, 2019. See the Annual Reporting

of the compliance period and are required to submit tenant data
on all rental activity for the reporting year.

period, the owner of record at the end of the reporting period

Important notice for XML upload
users: Starting January 1, 2019, OHFA will use the
NAHMA 4.0 standard for the XML schema. If you have issues with
generating this file, DevCo staff can work with you to determine
the best method to get your tenant information in DevCo. This
does not apply to anyone adding tenant events to DevCo manually.
DevCo Resources and Help Desk
Several resources are available for DevCo,
including the Compliance User
Guide, DevCo Videos,
DevCo Compliance FAQs and the DevCo Help Desk. OHFA revised the
interactive DevCo Compliance User Guide. In addition to the
guide, the how-to videos cover the major areas used in reporting.
Two webinars will be held covering the Annual
Owner Reporting Process on January 8
and February 5
at 2:00 pm. All questions regarding use of DevCo should be
submitted through the DevCo Help Desk.
