Betsy Krieger, Ohio Housing Finance Agency
Betsy Krieger joined OHFA in September 2005 and is currently the Director of Program Compliance. Ms. Krieger has more than 28 years of experience in regulatory compliance. Prior to joining OHFA, she was the enforcement manager for the Ohio Department of Commerce, responsible for directing investigations of Ohio's real estate agents and brokerages. Ms. Krieger has previously held positions with CoreComm, a local telecommunications company, where she directed the company's compliance to state and federal utility regulations, the Ohio Consumers' Counsel and the Ohio Attorney General's Office Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation. Ms. Krieger holds a Bachelor of Arts in criminology and political science and a master's degree in public policy and management from The Ohio State University. She holds the SCHM, AHM, and S.T.A.R (Spectrum Training Award Recipient) designations. Ms. Krieger serves on a Columbus suburban zoning and planning committee after serving five years as a Clintonville Area Commissioner.

Athena Lunsford, Ohio Housing Finance Agenda
Athena Lunsford is the Compliance Operations Manager for Program Compliance at OHFA, leading a team of 15 housing analysts to advance OHFA's mission of Opening Doors to an Affordable Place to Call Home. She has been the Compliance Operations Manager at OHFA since November 2017 and was previously a compliance manager with OHFA since July 2016. Her previous roles include: Housing Choice Voucher Manager/Caseworker, Leasing Supervisor, Occupancy Coordinator, Leasing Specialist and Leasing Clerk. Athena has been in the affordable housing world for almost 20 years by starting her career at Stark Metropolitan Housing Authority in 1999. Athena holds certifications in the following: HCCP, SCHM, HCV Specialist, HCV Financial Accounting & Reporting Specialist, HQS Inspection, PH Manger, PH Eligibility and Rent calculations, Project Based Management Essentials Specialist and Fair Housing and Administrative Review Training.

Cody Price, Ohio Housing Finance Agency
Cody started at OHFA in January 2018 after spending a semester as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Ohio State. Cody assists the Office of Housing Policy with his specialization in survey research methods by investigating a wide variety of issues related to affordable housing, ranging from implications of the Violence Against Women Act to a survey of Housing Tax Credit tenants to case studies of housing for low-income, LGBTQ older adults. He is also the host of OHFA's podcast, Doorsteps. Cody has a Bachelor's in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University, a Master's of Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University and a Ph.D. in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University. Cody's dissertation, Alleviating Affordable Housing Stigma by Design, was awarded the 2018 Patricia Burgess Award for Best Dissertation from the Knowlton School of Architecture.

Tonya Rankin, Ohio Housing Finance Agency
Tonya Rankin currently serves as the Compliance Review and Quality Control Manager for the Office of Program Compliance at OHFA. With over 9 years of experience at OHFA and a strong commitment to Ohio's constituents and external partners, she developed and implemented a quality control process for internal file reviews in her former position as the Quality Control Manager for the Office of Homeownership. Tonya also participated in the inception and launch of Restoring Stability/Save the Dream Ohio as the Consumer Advocacy Manager and was a member of the inter-agency Save the Dream Ohio Foreclosure Task Force. She obtained certifications from the National Development Council for the Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) and as a Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP), as well as certifications as a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
